Florian Nitze is a seasoned professional in system safety with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as a System Safety Expert at Combitech Sverige since August 2025, Florian previously held multiple senior roles at Zeekr Technology Europe, including Chief Product Owner for Motion System Functional Safety and Customer Interface, as well as Team Leader for Software System Design & Application. Earlier in the career, Florian worked at DevPort AB as an Embedded System Engineer and contributed to research and education as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, along with a PhD candidacy at Umeå University. Florian holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from Umeå University and a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Konstanz.
