Jessica is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024, Jessica has previously held the position of Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate from September 2021 to December 2023 and has experience as a Chef de Partie at Woodman Estate, Longitude 131°, and Bolero Brasserie. Jessica's career in leadership roles includes being Head Chef at Bolero Brasserie, as well as a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef at the same location. Early culinary training featured a Demi Chef de Partie position at Mozaic Restaurant and a Cook role at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, alongside an internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Swiss German University, completed in 2007.
