Lena Ask

Lena Ask is an experienced business and organizational developer with a history of working in both private and public sectors. They have specialized in areas such as corporate transformation, innovation management, business process design, and IT strategy. Formerly a Senior Management Consultant at På AB, they led efforts in governance and collaboration, utilizing the PM3 model to enhance organizational efficiency. Additionally, Lena served as a Quality and Development Strategist for Tidaholms Kommun, implementing new governance models and supporting strategic work across various departments. They have also contributed to academia as a mentor for an Industrial PhD program at Högskolan i Skövde, as well as in roles related to recruitment and education.
