Georg Tamm

Georg Tamm has extensive experience in both government and academic settings, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, research, and constituent services. Notable roles include serving as a Senior Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities included attending congressional hearings and compiling research reports, and working as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, where Georg developed a national Diversity Mentoring Program framework. Academic roles included serving as a Research Assistant to Professor Marian Baird at the University of Sydney and leading projects across various universities on topics such as gender equality and workplace inclusivity. Leadership experience encompasses chairing the Pride in Action Network at the University of Melbourne and presidency of the Work and Organisational Studies Society at the University of Sydney. Georg holds a First Class degree from the University of Sydney and has contributed to initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive environments in both educational and workplace settings.
