Ngaire A. is an executive leader and workplace mental health expert with extensive experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Ngaire served as a Chair for the Heathcote Dementia Village Steering Committee and held leadership roles at Ambulance Victoria, where they worked as a Senior Paramedic and Manager. Currently, Ngaire is an Executive and Leadership Coach at Jac Phillips Executive Coaching and also holds positions at IPC Health as Deputy Chair and member of various committees. In addition to practical experience, Ngaire is pursuing a PhD in Psychology and has a Diploma of Leadership Coaching and an MBA in Leadership and Communication.
