Ahmad Alsaadi

Ahmad Alsaadi is a seasoned professional in IT management with extensive experience in change management, governance, and IT service operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Change Management and Governance at Comcast since September 2019, Ahmad previously held positions at Harvard University, where responsibilities included defining and improving service management processes as Information Technology Service Manager. Prior experience encompasses roles at New York University Abu Dhabi, where Ahmad managed IT operations and support teams, and at Air Arabia Group, progressing through various technical and managerial roles, ultimately overseeing IT infrastructure across multiple countries. Ahmad holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard Extension School and a Master's in IT Management from the University of Wollongong, as well as a Bachelor's in Information Technology Engineering from Tishreen University.
