Alan Alesius, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Comcast since 2014, Alan has led cross-functional teams in the Agile development of enterprise business systems, coordinating end-to-end processes for multiple releases of the Customer Premise Equipment inventory application.
