Previously, Allen held roles at The University of Alabama, Radford University, and AT&T Mobility, where they honed skills in lease negotiation, construction management, and facilities operations. Allen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Alabama.
