Allyce Barron

Allyce Barron, Ed.D., is a transformation leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Learning & Performance at Comcast since 2023. They previously held roles at Vanguard, including Manager of Instructional Design and Head of Enterprise Learning & Development. Allyce has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University and an Assistant Professor at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. They earned an Ed.D. in Leadership and Management from Drexel University and hold a Master’s degree in Educational Neuroscience from Harvard University.
