Amber Sanders

Amber Sanders is an Executive People Leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources and a strong focus on people and business strategy, employment law, and change management. They have held leadership roles at organizations such as American Airlines and Comcast, where they led diverse teams and implemented strategic HR initiatives that enhanced talent management and succession planning. Currently, Amber serves as the Director of Employee Engagement at Comcast while also working as an Executive People Thought Leader and Business Consultant, specializing in DE&I advocacy and organizational change. Amber earned an A.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College.
