Anthony J. Ray is an experienced engineer with a strong background in engineering operations and technical support. Currently serving as Engineer 2 at Comcast since January 2023, Anthony focuses on understanding user needs and evaluating technologies for the hybrid work experience. Previously, Anthony held various positions within the City of Philadelphia, including Associate Systems Engineer and IT Platform Engineer, where responsibilities included providing tier 1 and 2 technical support, managing communication systems, and coordinating vendor escalations.
