Beth Solomon

Beth Solomon is currently the Director of Technology Talent Acquisition at Comcast, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, Beth served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Comcast from 2018 to 2021. Their career began as a Technical Recruiter at MISI/NTT Data from 2007 to 2011, followed by a role as a Staffing Consultant at IBM from 2011 to 2014. Beth is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Children’s Literature at the University of Pittsburgh.
