Brent Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and contact center operations. Since August 2006, Brent has served as Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy at Comcast, where responsibilities include overseeing 10,000 Customer Care Representatives and implementing strategies focused on customer segmentation, self-service, and call handling. Previous roles include Senior Director of Customer Care at Comcast, where Brent managed operations for a 250-seat call center, and Director at The Jay Group, where Brent significantly increased revenue from 1M to 7M over five years. Additional experience includes directing operations at Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company and managing customer service at Cloister Spring Water Company. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and English from the University of Pittsburgh.
