Brian Knox possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and cybersecurity sectors. At Teleperformance USA from 2002 to 2003, Brian served as a Tier 3 consumer advocate. Following this, Brian joined Comcast, where from March 2015 to December 2019, Brian held the position of National Network Surveillance Tech 2 in Customer Security Assurance, focusing on cybersecurity and policy enforcement. Additionally, Brian worked as an Advanced Services Technician, supporting various Xfinity products. From December 2019 to March 2025, Brian continued at Comcast Business as a Comcast Business Technician. Educational achievements include a Linux+ certificate from ITUonline, along with a Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications degree from Cisco Networking Academy. Currently, Brian is pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity and Networking from DeVry University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
