Brian Knox possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and cybersecurity sectors. At Teleperformance USA from 2002 to 2003, Brian served as a Tier 3 consumer advocate. Following this, Brian joined Comcast, where from March 2015 to December 2019, Brian held the position of National Network Surveillance Tech 2 in Customer Security Assurance, focusing on cybersecurity and policy enforcement. Additionally, Brian worked as an Advanced Services Technician, supporting various Xfinity products.
