Brian Powell is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and workforce AI. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Workforce AI, Data and Integrations at Comcast since February 2008, Brian leads a cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing employee experience through innovative AI solutions. Previous roles at Comcast include Senior Director of Software Engineering, overseeing engineering teams across various business functions, and earlier positions at Publicis eHealth Solutions and PHH Mortgage, where Brian developed strong skills in software development, project management, and systems analysis. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rowan University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Information Technology at Drexel University.
