Brian Tobin

Brian Tobin serves as Vice President of Product Delivery and Program Management at Comcast and Sky, having held various leadership roles since July 2008. With a robust background in engineering and operations, Brian leads a team of over 2500 engineers to deliver key results across the Global Entertainment Engineering department. Notable positions include Chief of Staff, Senior Director of Engineering, and interim Head of Delivery, where responsibilities spanned managing software initiatives and cross-functional programs, particularly for products like xFI. Prior experience includes key roles at Lockheed Martin as an Integrated Product Team Lead and recovery lead for AEGIS Systems, along with foundational engineering roles at PSEG. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rowan University, a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
