Cari Ulrich

Cari Ulrich has extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, demonstrated through leadership roles at American Airlines and Comcast. As Managing Director of People at American Airlines from December 2013 to May 2018, Cari led HR integration during the merger with US Airways, overseeing initiatives for over 100,000 employees and collaborating with executives on organizational design and talent retention. In subsequent roles at Comcast, including Director of Employee Engagement and currently Senior Director, Cari has focused on fostering corporate culture and ensuring effective employee relations. Additional experience includes roles at US Airways and America West Airlines, where Cari managed labor relations, compliance with legal requirements, and budget development, consistently emphasizing fairness and open communication within the workplace. Cari Ulrich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Concordia College.
