Charles L. Duncan is the Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Comcast and currently serves as Vice Chair of Ohio's Broadband and Cable Association. Previously, Charles held various legal roles in the Army National Guard, including Senior Defense Counsel and Judge Advocate. Charles also served in prominent positions such as Senior Legislative Director for the Pennsylvania State Senate and Chief Compliance & Diversity Officer for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
