Conrad Bower

Conrad Bower is currently the Assistant Deputy General Counsel at Comcast Cable, where they focus on transactional law, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. With a diverse background in corporate matters, Conrad has significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. They earned a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and previously worked as a Legal Research Analyst at Bloomberg, L.P., as well as an intern for the Office of the Federal Public Defender and the District Attorney of Saratoga County.
