Dan Fiedler

Dan Fiedler is currently the Director of Employee Engagement at Comcast, a role they assumed in 2022 after previously serving as the Manager of Employee Engagement Analytics at Comcast Cable from 2017 to 2019. They have extensive experience in people analytics, having worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, where they contributed to employee engagement surveys and developed a comprehensive benchmarking database. Before that, Dan held the position of Director of Information Services at The Gelfond Group from 1996 to 2016, leading teams in data management and survey research. Dan began their career as a Data Analyst and Database Administrator at Hay Group from 1993 to 1996, developing programs for client reports and maintaining data systems. They hold a BSEcon in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and are currently pursuing an MBA at Temple University.
