Darnell McAlpin

Darnell McAlpin is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in employee communications and brand ambassadorship. Currently serving as the Director of 360 Moments & Ambassadorship at Comcast since May 2019, Darnell has successfully developed an employee ambassadorship program that empowers over 15,000 employees to advocate for the Comcast brand. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager in Employee Communications at Comcast, and various positions at Mercedes-Benz USA and Aaron's, Inc., where digital content creation and external representation were key responsibilities. Darnell began a professional journey in leadership and communication during time at Georgia State University, holding positions such as Senior Resident Assistant and Tour Guide, while also gaining brand ambassador experience with Vita Coco. Darnell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Georgia State University.
