David Tusio has held significant roles in both campaign management and government affairs. They served as Deputy Campaign Manager and Policy Director for Allan Domb's mayoral campaign from 2022 to 2023 and currently are the Director of Local Policy in State & Local Government Affairs at Comcast since 2026. Previously, David held various positions in the United States Senate, including Director of Economic Development for U.S. Senator Chris Murphy from 2018 to 2020. Their early career includes impactful roles within the City of Philadelphia government, where they worked closely with Mayor Michael A. Nutter. David earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware in 2010.
