David Westfall is an experienced servant leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering Operations at Comcast. With a solid background in Oracle database administration, architecture, and Linux administration, David is passionate about developing others and fostering their success. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership and Theology from William Jessup University and an MBA from Liberty University, where they are presently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership. David's research project will explore the impact of servant leadership on contingent workforces. Influenced by their father's example of selfless service, David's goal is to positively impact others and perpetuate ethical leadership beyond their career.
