Denice Dicarlo

Denice DiCarlo currently serves as a Vice President on the Comcast Assurance and Advisory Team. In this role, Denice is responsible for the internal audit function as it relates to NBCUniversal. Denice oversees assurance and advisory engagements with a specific focus on financial, operational and regulatory processes.

Denice has more than 17 years of experience in the telecommunications, media and technology industry. Most recently, Denice served as Vice President of Finance and Controller for Comcast Business. She has held a number of positions in Comcast finance and accounting including Comcast Capital, Comcast Corporate consolidations and external reporting teams and the Sprout channel (Now Universal Kids). During her tenure at Comcast, Denice also assisted the company with both the ATT Broadband and NBCUniversal integrations.

Passionate about service and giving back to her community, Denice has volunteered on numerous boards. As a resident of West Deptford in New Jersey, Denice first engaged with the community as a member of the West Deptford School Board and later the Township Committee. She currently serves as the Mayor of West Deptford, where she is focused on stabilizing the tax rate and facilitating economic development.

Denice graduated from the University of the State of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certifified Public Accountant. She has four children and currently resides in West Deptford with her husband John.
