Dina Dinacci

Dina Dinacci is an accomplished executive in technology enablement and product management with extensive experience at Comcast since 2004, currently serving as Executive Director of Technology Enablement & Product Management for Customer Experience. In this role, Dina leads a team of over 10 employees and manages enterprise technologies that enhance customer interactions. Previous positions include Executive Director of Product Management, Sr. Director of Digital Service, and Director of Product Management, all emphasizing digital tools and strategic initiatives to improve customer experience. Prior to Comcast, Dina was a Channel Manager at QVC, where responsibilities included collaborating on key promotions and managing microsite strategy. Dina holds multiple degrees from Penn State University, including a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting/Cable Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, as well as advanced certifications in artificial intelligence and web management.
