DJ Simms

DJ Simms has a diverse background in technical operations and supervisory roles, demonstrated through experience at Comcast Cable from February 2007 to February 2008. DJ began as an Installation Technician and progressed to a Technical Operations Supervisor, where a partnership with the team significantly improved employee engagement and customer experience. Prior to that, DJ served as a Network Field Technician and Network Operations Supervisor, focusing on exceeding customer expectations through strong relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Supervisor at Ecosystems Technologies Inc. from January 2005 to January 2007, responsible for staff development throughout the hiring process and working with various customers to secure business opportunities.
