Elise Gaul possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer service, beginning with a tenure at Independence Blue Cross from March 2001 to July 2001, where roles included STAR Representative and Primary Account Representative, focusing on complex claims and customer inquiries. Following this, Elise worked at Comcast from June 2008 to October 2014 as a Human Resource Specialist and HRIS Specialist, significantly contributing to internal customer support and process enhancements. Currently, since July 2019, Elise serves as a Senior HRIS Specialist at Comcast, playing a key role in the implementation of Workday for a large employee and contractor population, specializing in various HR functions and integrations.
