Eric Cole has over 20 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Manager - Vendor Management/Reporting & Analytics at Comcast since July 2015, Eric develops reports that enhance Service Partner Call Center performance and oversees an Outsource Reporting Analyst team. Prior to Comcast, Eric held various roles at Verizon Wireless, including Senior Financial Analyst and Project Manager, where responsibilities included data analysis, quality assurance, and customer service. Eric holds a Master's degree in IT/Finance/Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Villanova University, complemented by certifications in Business Programming and Web Design.
