Erika Schoch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and project management within Comcast, where roles have included Sr. Manager of Talent Development and various positions focusing on Technology Learning & Development. Since joining Comcast in May 2012, Erika has excelled in creating strategic learning solutions, developing eLearning modules, and facilitating training programs for technologists. A certified Scrum Product Owner and Agile Project Manager, Erika has successfully managed technical conferences and led training initiatives for the FIRST Robotics committee. Previous experiences include roles as an Inside Sales/Contract Manager at Performance Enhancements, Inc. and an Account Manager at Dell. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
