Fazal Khan

Fazal Khan is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in technology and talent management. Currently serving as SVP of People Experiences at Comcast since September 2025, Fazal partners with key leadership to shape people strategies across technology teams. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources at Nike, where Fazal led talent initiatives for the global technology organization, and VP of Human Resources for Global Technology at Walmart, overseeing a workforce of 25,000. Fazal's extensive career also includes significant positions at Microsoft, contributing to various divisions related to commercial software engineering and global partnerships, as well as roles focused on talent management and organizational capability in emerging markets. Fazal's educational foundation includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, and Economics from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta.
