Fernando Cardenas

Fernando Cardenas is a Senior Manager of Employee Engagement and Partnerships at Comcast, where they lead initiatives to enhance community involvement and organizational culture. Previously, they held various roles including Director of Alumni Affairs at the Council for Opportunity in Education, where they managed outreach strategies for over 5 million TRIO alumni. Fernando’s experience also includes positions as Manager of Education Programs at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and After School Professor at SoluNet, showcasing their commitment to educational development and student engagement. They are currently pursuing a degree in Global and International Studies at UC Santa Barbara.
