Gerald C. O'Brien

Gerald C. O'Brien is the Vice President of Real Estate at Comcast, where they have been leading real estate operations since 2001. With 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, they focus on the corporate occupier side, specializing in transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions across various property types. Prior to Comcast, Gerald worked as a Senior Vice President at multiple real estate brokerage firms and served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. They hold an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
