Heather Cotter has over 12 years of experience in progressive leadership roles within Finance and Internal Controls. They currently serve as a Senior Finance Manager at Comcast, where they apply their expertise in financial planning and analysis. Previously, they held various positions at Cox Communications, including Finance Manager for Enterprise Client Support and Senior Analyst, where they led teams and facilitated significant process improvements. Heather began their career as an Internal Auditor at Hampton Roads BankShares and is pursuing a BSBA in Business Administration and Management at Old Dominion University.
