Heather Ward is currently the Principal Analyst of Enterprise Business Intelligence at Comcast. They previously served as Senior Manager and held various roles in design and development, including UI/UX design and reporting dashboard creation. Before joining Comcast, Heather worked as a Procurement Specialist at USM and operated as a Freelance Multimedia Designer & Web Developer from 2006 to 2015. They obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia Design & Development from DeVry University and are currently pursuing further education in Graphic Design at Temple University and Computer Graphics & Digital Imaging at Montgomery County Community College.
