Heidi Gurtowski

Heidi Gurtowski, CPA, has extensive experience in compensation and financial planning, currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation at Comcast since August 2015. Previous roles at Comcast include Director of Compensation and various positions in financial planning and analysis, advancing from Senior Financial Analyst to Manager. Heidi briefly held the role of Head of Reward - Executive Compensation at Sky from June to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate at KPMG US from October 2013 to August 2015. Heidi holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Economics from Villanova University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
