Hua L. is a Senior Data Scientist at Comcast, specializing in customer acquisition and retention, investment analysis, and inventory forecasting through advanced machine learning models applied to big data. Prior to this role, they worked as a Data Scientist for the Hamilton County Department of Education, where they developed an Early Warning System to help improve graduation rates and created a tailored professional development program for new teachers. Hua possesses strong skills in customer data processing using SparkSQL, audience identification, and linear reach forecasting.
