Idris Spellman

Idris Spellman is an experienced professional in credit collections and fraud operations, currently serving as the Executive Director at Comcast since December 2020, after holding the position of Sr. Director for Fraud Customer Operations. Prior to this, Idris worked at Xfinity Mobile as Director 1 for Channel Support from March 2019 to December 2020. Idris's extensive career at Comcast began in October 2010, encompassing various roles such as Sr. Manager for Retail Support and Fulfillment, Manager for Customer Service Strategy & Operations, Technical Operations Supervisor, and CAE 3 for the X1 Center of Excellence, among others. Idris's career also includes a brief tenure as Technical Support at Dish Network from June 2009 to January 2010.
