Jan Underhill, PhD, is the Director of Learning and Development for Enterprise Programs at Comcast, where they have worked since 2020. With over 30 years in the Cable Television Industry, Jan has dedicated 25 years specifically to Training and Development. Previously, they held roles including Training Manager at Media One/AT&T Broadband and various leadership development positions at Comcast from 2003 to 2009. Jan earned a PhD in Education with a focus on Performance Improvement from Capella University and also holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
