Jenn Mahon

Director of Product Management

Jenn Mahon is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in technology and innovative solutions. At Comcast, Jenn currently leads the WiFi speed, latency, and troubleshooting experience for the Xfinity App, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance connectivity for users. Previous roles at Comcast include Senior Product Manager for residential WiFi diagnostics, where Jenn simplified and personalized the WiFi experience for customers, and Product Manager for Retail Technology, where a custom-built inventory application increased data accuracy and won an innovation award. Prior to Comcast, Jenn served as a Senior Advisory Consultant at EY, managing the development of a web application for Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park. Jenn holds a degree in International Business from the Institute at Palazzo Rucellai and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business, where enrollment in the Schreyer Honors College was achieved.
