Jenna Ross

Jenna Ross is a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Workday, where they provide strategic support to employees, leaders, and organizations, leveraging their expertise in employee relations. Previously, Jenna held roles at Comcast as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor and at Hitachi Vantara, where they played a key role in developing global training and assisting with investigations. With earlier experience as a Marketing Team Lead at VisionTrust International, Jenna has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams and manage strategic initiatives. Jenna earned a Master’s Degree in Global Finance, Trade & Economic Integration from the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Point Loma Nazarene University.
