Jennifer Martz, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Beginning a career at Essex Wire & Cable as a Human Resources Assistant, Jennifer progressed through roles at Parker Hannifin Corporation, Guardian Industries, Gerdau Long Steel North America, and Owens-Illinois, ultimately serving as Human Resources Manager before joining Comcast in April 2012. At Comcast, Jennifer has advanced to the position of Human Resources Director after holding roles as Senior HR Manager and HR Manager. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
