Jessica Welsh is a dynamic, results-driven leader in customer experience strategy and operations at Comcast Cable. With extensive experience in marketing and project management, they held various roles at Comcast, including Sr. Manager of Customer Experience Strategy & Operations and Manager of Regional Marketing, where they won the 2014 AMA Houston Marketer of the Year award.
