Joanna Culpepper

Joanna Culpepper is an experienced manager and transformational leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Development Expansion at Comcast, where they focus on enhancing employee experiences to drive exemplary guest interactions. Joanna's career began at Comcast Cable, where they progressed through various roles including Retail Assistant Manager, Operations Consultant, and Retail Sales Consultant. They later advanced to positions such as Senior Retail Market Manager and Senior Indirect Sales Manager. Joanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from National University and an Associate’s degree in General Studies from San Joaquin Delta College.
