Joe Frank is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the development of video cable television devices. Currently serving as Principal Engineer of Video Devices at Comcast Cable since 2011, Joe leads design and delivery initiatives while collaborating with technology and product teams to shape product roadmaps. Previously, Joe held the role of Manager of Software Development at Panasonic, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on developing OCAP cable set-top boxes for Comcast.
