John Dougherty

John Dougherty has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications sectors, particularly at Comcast, where roles have included Vice President of Planning, Delivery & E2E Testing in the Experience Technology Organization, overseeing significant software development initiatives, and Vice President of NextGen Systems, guiding system modernization projects. Dougherty has also co-founded the Xfinity Home Business Unit, achieving over 1 million customers by 2017, and managed operations for the high-speed internet division. Prior experience includes directing call center operations at RCN and leadership roles in nonprofit organizations focused on technology development in Illinois. Dougherty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College.
