John Zunic

John Zunic has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. From June 2003 to June 2023, John worked at Comcast Cable as an Engineer in Product Lab Testing & Validation, and currently serves as the Lead Analyst for Addressability & Collections at Comcast. Prior to this, John held positions as a Claims Processor and Customer Service Representative at Highmark Inc. from October 2001 to May 2003, and at Sony Electronics from March 1996 to August 2001, where John was involved in assembly, inspection, materials, and production. Earlier in the career, John also worked for CAM Hospitality Advisors, LLC as a Shuttle Driver, Baggage Handler, Concierge, and Bell Hop, showcasing strong customer service skills. In terms of education, John obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kaplan University and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Management from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Pittsburgh. John's foundational education includes a high school diploma from Belle Vernon Area High School.
