Joni Pierce

Joni Pierce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and marketing within the telecommunications industry. Since April 2002, Joni has held various senior roles at Comcast, including Senior Director of Field Operations and Director of Technical Operations, where responsibilities included preparing operational reports, managing substantial revenue budgets, and driving subscriber growth and churn reduction. Joni's previous roles also encompassed product and marketing management, successfully launching new services and managing customer acquisition strategies. In addition to work at Comcast, Joni serves as a Board Member at Adelante Mujeres and was the Pacific Northwest Chapter President for Women in Cable Telecommunications from 2015 to 2016. Joni holds an MBA from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Montana.
