Joseph Harkins

Joseph Harkins is an experienced Information Technology leader with over 15 years in quality assurance, technical IT, and release management. Currently serving as the Director of NextGen Billing Xfinity Mobile at Comcast, Joseph oversees a budget of $3 million and manages a team of 9, leading successful release processes and improving production incident management. Previously, Joseph held roles at Comcast as a Director of Quality Assurance, where they managed an agile team of 70, and as a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, expanding the team from 10 to 170 employees. Joseph's contributions include the development of automation frameworks and training programs, significantly enhancing organizational quality and delivery effectiveness.
