CX Manager

Joy Cox, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in the fields of communication and user experience research, currently serving as a CX Manager at Comcast since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joy held significant positions at Meta as a UX Qualitative Researcher, leading impactful research projects for the Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, and at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School as a Program Analyst, focusing on supporting underrepresented medical students. Joy's experience also includes a fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine aimed at enhancing patient-clinician relationships and leadership in diversity and inclusion at the Association for Size Diversity and Health. An accomplished educator, Joy has taught at various universities, including Rutgers University and the University of Missouri, and has earned a Ph.D. in Communication from Rutgers University.
