Kaitlyn Kerr

Kaitlyn Kerr is a dedicated Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Comcast since 2020. Previously, from 2013 to 2015, Kaitlyn held multiple roles at Comcast, including Recruiting Operations Coordinator and Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed recruiting activities and developed organizational health strategies for call center teams. They also worked as an Analyst in Business Process Effectiveness, enhancing employee programs through data-driven reporting. Prior to their tenure at Comcast, Kaitlyn gained experience as a Work-Study Assistant at the Elliott School of International Affairs and interned at the U.S. Department of State. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and has studied at Saint Petersburg State University.
